What a winning store can get
Boots chooses the actual prize. This is the starter set that would sit on the Beauty Hall board.
Sprint kit
Suggested: a product kit or brand-training day for the winning hall — Boots already runs Cosmetics Mastery; this is a reason to send people.
Flagship secondment
A day in a destination or flagship hall for the high-street class winner. Craft, not cash.
Named advisors only if they opt in
Default board is the hall. A consultant can choose to show on a named craft list. Nobody is listed without that.
Questions
Straight answers
- Are we ranked on sales?
- No. Pounds stay off the board. Completed consultations and training coverage are what count.
- Will customers see this?
- The Boots company group is unlisted. Colleagues with a matching work email can see the hall board. It is not a public iRank activity.
- Do I have to put my name up?
- No. The default row is the store. Named advisor rows are opt-in.
- What counts as a consultation?
- Whatever Boots already counts on the tablet or till as a completed skin analysis or makeover. iRank does not invent a new definition.
