    Health MOTs, vaccinations, and Pharmacy First already count for the store. The Health Cup turns that into a season — store versus store, never you versus the pharmacist next to you.

    Inspire, optometry quals, advisor pathways, and delivery NVQs already live on Boots learning platforms. The League is that number as a season: percent current, not who finished at 11pm.

How you join

A work email, then your store

    Open the link Boots sent

    This hub, or a single programme page. Your store manager, Hub, or regional mail can point here.

  2. 02

    Sign in with your Boots email

    A matching work domain puts you in the Boots company group. Later that can be the same sign-in you already use at work.

  3. 03

    Pick your store

    Choose from the roster, or type the store code on the staff-room noticeboard. You follow the board. You do not type a workplace score.

Rewards

Shields, kits, and time — not a personal bonus

Boots sets what a winning store actually gets. iRank puts that copy on the board. Typical starter set: a regional shield for the Health Cup, protected learning time for Inspire, a craft kit or flagship day for Beauty Hall. Nobody is paid per consultation.

    A physical shield that sits in the winning region until the next flu season. Boots sets the object; iRank prints the board it came from.
