From the floor to the world

Deadlift, squat, and bench on IPF Classic rules. The gym roster and the world board share the same standard.

Pull-ups, push-ups, and the lifts you actually program. Members compete on the floor, then show up worldwide.

Mile through marathon on World Athletics distances. A club board for Tuesday night. A world rank for race day.
On the floor
A phone at the rack is enough. They submit a public score. You get a gym board. They keep a world rank.

Why gyms use iRank
Whiteboard PRs stay in the room. A gym board on iRank is a named field on the same world boards — so a 180 kg deadlift in your box is also a 180 kg deadlift on the planet.
Members can post a public result once — it places them named on the gym roster and the world board — or keep a mark gym-only. Gym-only scores still occupy a world rank as Private. Nothing is copied. The gym board is still iRank, not a private scoring system.
Gyms stay unlisted by default. Print the invite, put it on the whiteboard, or send it in the member chat. No extra app for your floor.
The gym board is each member’s best mark this group can see. You see who is strongest here — not five entries from the same person.
IPF Classic for the barbell. World Athletics for the runs. Your gym ranks on the boards athletes already understand.
How it works
01
Name it, add a city, get a code. Takes about a minute. You own the group.
02
Front desk, whiteboard, WhatsApp. Members join with a complete profile.
03
A public score is named on the gym board and the world board. A gym-only score is named on the roster and still occupies a world rank as Private. Both use the same rules.
Free to create. Invite-only until you change it. Members keep every world rank they earn.
