iRank is a public rankings product. Scores you submit, and the profile details needed to rank them, are shown on leaderboards and share pages. This page explains what we collect and why.

Who we are

iRank is operated by ERH Labs Ltd. Contact hello@irank.at.

What we collect

  • Account data from Clerk (name, email, avatar, sign-in identifiers).
  • Profile data you enter: username, display name, date of birth, gender, and country. These power age, gender, and country ranks.
  • Scores you submit: activity, value, date, optional note, and optional proof (photo or link).
  • Optional email and notes if you suggest a new board or a notable mark. We use these to decide what to add next, not to publish.
  • Technical logs needed to run the site (for example request metadata on Vercel).
  • OAuth apps and personal access tokens you create so another product or AI agent can act on your behalf, plus a record of which apps you have connected.

How we use it

We use this data to create your account, place you on leaderboards, show public profiles, review board suggestions, and operate the service. If you connect a third-party app or agent, that client can read and write only the scopes you approved — typically your profile and scores. We do not sell personal data.

What is public

Public entries appear on leaderboards, profile pages, and share links with your username or display name, country, age at the attempt, score, note, and any proof you attached. Date of birth and email stay private. When you submit a score you choose who sees it: the world board (named), one or more gyms or teams you belong to, or just you. Group-only and private scores still occupy a rank on the world board as a Private row — score and place only, with no name, photo, or profile. Group-only scores appear named on those group boards. Private scores' pages are only visible to you (and admins). You can change this or delete an entry from its page.

Processors

We use Clerk for authentication, Neon for the database, and Vercel (including Vercel Blob) to host the app and optional proof photos.

Your rights

You can update your profile, hide or delete your scores, revoke connected apps and tokens from account settings, or close your account by emailing hello@irank.at. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, or erase personal data.
