iRank for Boots · Learning
Inspire already has 8,200 completions. Give the next wave a board.
Rank teams on the share of eligible colleagues who are current on the live module — Inspire, optometry higher quals, pharmacy-advisor pathways, delivery NVQs. Coverage, never speed.

Benefits
Why this programme
Compliance becomes a season.
Store managers already chase completions. A ranked wave gives them a reason to protect learning time, and gives L&D a number they already publish.
Role boards, not one pile.
Advisors, pharmacists, optometrists, and drivers sit on separate boards. Eligible cohort only. A 100% store holds the board until the next edition drops.
No new courseware.
iRank does not become an LMS. It reads completions you already store and ranks the team.
How it plays
A season with rules
01
Coverage only
Percent of the eligible rota that is current. Speed and scores stay in the LMS, off the board.
02
Holds the board
Hit 100% on the live edition and the store (or depot) holds first until the next edition publishes.
03
Wave calendar
L&D names the start and end of each wave. iRank does not invent a training year.
Rewards Boots can attach
iRank displays them. You fund them.
Suggested starter set for Inspire. Org admins would edit the lines on the board; nothing here is a promise iRank pays.
Wave board
The store or depot that first hits 100% current is named on the Inspire board for that edition.
Protected learning time
Suggested: the winning class gets a scheduled learning hour the following wave, already the behaviour L&D wants.
Team pot, not a personal prize
Advantage points or a staff-room kit for the store — never a bonus for finishing a module overnight.
Inspire League
Same parent group as the other two programmes. Switch this one on when the season starts.
