iRank for Boots · Pharmacy

A public-health season on work the pharmacy already files.

Rank stores and regions on Health MOTs, flu jabs, and Pharmacy First — the numbers already in NHS claims and the pharmacy stack. No new app on the shop floor. No named-pharmacist league.

Benefits

Why this programme

  • The same numbers you already report.

FY2025 already led with 1.5 million Pharmacy First consultations and 497,000 Health MOTs. The Cup is a season on that warehouse — not a new KPI invention.

  • A board, not a performance stick.

Store and region only. Size-banded so a local pharmacy is not scored against a flagship. Normalised by pharmacist hours. Built to survive a PDA conversation.

  • Flu season has a calendar.

September to January is a real competition window. The board resets. Last year’s quiet store can still take most improved.

How it plays

A season with rules

  1. 01

    Size bands

Local, destination, flagship, and travel stores compete in separate classes so hours and footfall stay honest.

  2. 02

    Per hour, not raw volume

A completed MOT per pharmacist hour beats a pile of numbers from a bigger rota.

  3. 03

    Region shield

Stores roll up to a region. North, Scotland, Ireland, and the rest can take a travelling shield without exposing a person.

Rewards Boots can attach

iRank displays them. You fund them.

Suggested starter set for Health Cup. Org admins would edit the lines on the board; nothing here is a promise iRank pays.

  • Regional shield

A physical shield that sits in the winning region until the next flu season. Boots sets the object; iRank prints the board it came from.

  • Store community pot

Suggested: a donation in the store’s name to a local cause, or a team meal — not cash-per-consult, and not an individual bonus.

  • Most improved

A second board so a store that was buried last October can still win. Recognition, not a league of named clinicians.
